Ok, I promise I won't mention Portland, but if were going to discuss all things cutting edge bicycle, on a worldwide scale, well it's either Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

Copenhagen is the site of Velo-city Global 2010, a meeting where cycling advocates from around the world meet to share their experience, knowledge and inspiration. Pictured here (in blue) is Corinne Winter, Executive Director of the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition shown cycling with other attendees on the streets of Copenhagen.

Corinne is attending with other Bay Area bicycle advocates, and is quoted in a blog post highlighting the conference from a Bay Area perspective.

Read the Lessons from Copenhagen for Bicycling in the Bay Area and stay tuned for future updates.

Ok everybody, sing along now; Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen.
