Get a job: Green Ways to School youth coordinator

The Green Ways to School program is a grant-funded program working within the schools of Santa Cruz County to inspire youth to use sustainable transportation and build a grassroots youth bicycle movement. At school, Green Ways to School offers presentations, classroom projects, school events, and after-school rides. Outside school, the coordinator also involves youth in the bicycle movement through current campaigns, service projects, and bike tours. The Green Ways coordinator develops classroom presentations and projects, mentors student leaders, organizes events and bike rides, and represents the voice of the youth in the bicycle movement. As a role model for the youth bike movement, the coordinator will perform the job car-free.

The deadline to apply is Friday, February 5th. See the attached application for more information.
