How Did Bike to Work Day 2019 Go?

It happened folks! Another Bike to Work Day for the books. This year marked the Bay Area’s 25th Annual Bike to Work Day, and it was awesome! With over 130 energizer stations in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, we met thousands of bicyclists on their way to work.We met veteran commuters who have taken the same path every day for years, and we met folks who were trying two-wheeled commuting for the first time ever. We salute all the folks who took to the roads by bike on Bike to Work Day!Across the two counties, over 2,500 people pledged to bike to work, and energizer station hosts counted over 37,000 bicyclists. Hooray for bike commuting!Over 200 members joined or renewed on Bike to Work Day, and we’re thankful for each and every one of you. Your voice is now a part of the bike movement and helps us push forward on important issues like road safety and bike infrastructure. Didn’t get a chance to sign up yet?
