Motivate International, the company that manages Bay Area Bike Share, is looking for a Bicycle Fleet Manager to join its team.
You are skilled technician looking for an opportunity to lead a team and flex your process improvement and analytical skills. You will be accountable for ensuring the ongoing maintenance of our 7,000 bicycle fleet and also the training, scheduling, and management of a team that will work both in the shop and out in the field. You will work closely with the Director of Operations Strategy to design innovative process flows that will result in maximum bicycle availability for our customers, and you will utilize data to analyze the results of your initiatives and the performance of your fleet.
