Bicycle Friendly Workplace presented at Urban Next Summit

SVBC Executive Director Corinne Winter and Communications and Development Manager Colin Heyne recently presented the Bicycle Friendly Workplace program to a group of innovators and leaders at the Urban Next Summit, hosted by San Francisco Planning + Urban Research Association (SPUR) and CEOs for Cities.

The Urban Next Summit is designed to bring together innovators and community change agents to discuss creative ways to bring our communities together for positive change in environment, land use, education, transportation, health care, and planning. SVBC was honored to be selected to present as part of the rapid-fire Monday night evening reception, alongside other innovators from the United States and Canada that are currently working to bring about positive change using unique tools. The evening session was later described as the "highlight of the Urban Next Summit."

Our thanks go out to SPUR and CEOs for Cities for having us. We hope to return and see the full implementation of some of the great ideas we saw at this year's gathering.
