The Over and Under Tour - we have a winner

Congratulations the the winner of our 2010 Over and Under Tour drawing winner, Alan Rackleman! After visiting a minimum of three stops on the tour, participants entered their names in a drawing for a $100 gift certificate from Sports Basement. Alan not only got to enjoy a series of bicycle-friendly across-barrier connections (ABCs), but also gets to go shop for some new gear. Thanks to everyone who participated.
