From the Redwood City Recycled Water Project:

As part of Redwood City's Recycled Water Project, an existing pipeline will be retrofitted in mid-July, and a portion of the bike/ped path parallel to Highway 101 will be temporarily closed at various times during this construction. Further details, including timing and location, are included in the attached flyer. We apologize for any inconvenience this construction may cause.
