Mary Avenue Bicycle Pedestrian Footbridge Groundbreaking Ceremony

The big day nears for Cupertino's Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Mary Avenue Bicycle Pedestrian Footbridge over 280. The Ceremony is scheduled for this Thursday, January 24th from 2:00 to 3:30 PM. The official start date for construction of the Footbridge is February 1st, with anticipated completion in the 1st quarter of 2009.

The ceremony will be on the south side of 280. To get there, take Mary Avenue north from the DeAnza College main entrance on Stevens Creek Blvd., or cut through from Stelling just south of 280 on Gardena/Amulet/Meteor. Hope to see you there!
