Join the Great Sign Hunt 2020!

Are you looking for a socially distanced adventure? During the Santa Clara Public Health Shelter In Place (SIP) Order, biking is an amazing opportunity to "stay physically active [and] is one of the best ways to keep your mind and body healthy." SVBC has partnered with Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) to bring you the Great Sign Hunt 2020 and help document their signs. Many of these are along bike trails - so who better to see them than you! Register and enjoy exploring new areas with friends and family (maintaining social distancing guidelines and following all public health orders), all while hunting down those signs. You can participate between July 16th - October 15th, 2020 (duration depends on the SCC Public Health Order). You’ll also have the chance to win one of 3 x $500 gift cards, or a few other monthly prizes!

HOW IT WORKS:

• Download a free app (we’ll send you a link and details after you register)

• Go hunting, find a sign and take a picture with the app

  • The app will record your location

  • Mark the status of the sign as good, fair, or poor

  • Press “send”; and

• Via your favorite social media, post a photo of your adventure under #GreatSignHunt2020

• Please remember the Great Sign Hunt 2020 runs from July 16th to October 15th, 2020.
