Sign, Sign, Valley Water Signs - Scavenger Hunt Recap

The great Santa Clara Valley Water District – now known as Valley Water – Scavenger Hunt was spectacular! Overall, 1,521 signs were recorded during a 2-week pilot and we couldn’t be more pleased! Valley Water District has 40,000+ signs that help us know where we are, where to go, and what to avoid. This hunt was an effort to help document these signs, so we enlisted the help of bike riders – what a better way to do this than from the vantage point of a bicycle!

Overall, we had about 75 riders “seeing blue” everywhere they went! Now, don’t be sad that it’s over or maybe you missed it completely – we have another sign hunt coming at you in spring 2020 that will be even bigger and better. It’ll be a 3-month (April thru June) hunt with more prizes (and more daylight hours – perfect for after-dinner hunting).
