Bikes on Caltrain

Mark Simon, Special Assistant to the CEO of Caltrain, posted two letters in the forums. They are e-mail messages he has been sending to Caltrain cycling customers. The first post goes over their effort to reach out and create a dialog with customers about the On-board Bicycle Service, while the second post goes into more detail about specific issues facing Caltrain and riders.
