Crystal Springs Road closure resumes July 30

Starting Monday, July 30, the next phase of work on Crystal Springs Pipeline No. 2 (CSPL2) will take place along Crystal Springs Road to replace a regional water delivery pipeline. To expedite this work and to ensure the safety of residents and motorists near the area, Crystal Springs Road will be closed 24 hours a day from El Cerrito Avenue to Polhemus Road from July 30 through Friday, August 3.
