Virtual Bike Route Scouts

Ever been stuck in traffic while a bike commuter breezes past you with a big smile on her face? Or maybe you’ve seen someone merrily riding along, with groceries in his bike bags? If you’d like to try biking to work, school, or the store but haven’t found a bike-friendly route, Virtual Bike Route Scouts may be the answer!

Check out our Popular Routes page to see if there’s a route that works for you. Didn’t find what you need? Click here to answer a few questions about the type of route you’re looking for, where you’re starting, and where you want to go. If our volunteer team of Route Scouts can create a route for you, they’ll send you a map, turn-by-turn directions, and any helpful hints about traveling the route.

We have volunteers who cover both San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, so try us out – we may be just the solution you need to make your commute or errands more fun and healthy by riding your bike!

Enjoy the ride!
