It’s back, baby!
Viva CalleSJ, that is.
On Bike To Work Day, City of San Jose Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services announced September 23 as this year’s date for Viva CalleSJ.
This September, bicyclists, pedestrians, and everyone in between can enjoy SoFA to the Streets. Six miles of road will be closed to cars and open to people along Monterey Road from E. Williams Street and 1st Street to Branham Lane and Snell Avenue. Click here for a map.
Viva CalleSJ is a great way to celebrate all things San Jose. SoFA will host a street fair, Santa Clara County Fairgrounds will celebrate with carnival rides and drinks, and Martial Cottle Park will show off San Jose’s agricultural history!
More information will be available as the date gets closer, so for now, mark your calendars for September 23 and invite your friends to enjoy Viva CalleSJ!
