Clarification of SVBC's current position on Alpine/280 restriping
Nov 12, 2012As announced last month, San Mateo County Public Works has finally found funding for the dangerous underpass at Alpine Road and Highway 280. Unfortunately, the design the County will move forward with was not SVBC's preferred option. This has created some worry in the cycling community that the redesign will not hold up to safety concerns.

Redwood City plans north-south route improvements, defers Arguello protected bike lanes
Nov 04, 2012Redwood City has plans to streamline its section of the county North-South bike route that uses Arguello and D Street to connect riders between downtown Redwood City and Old County Road in San Carlos.
