SR2S update, with cafeteria pizza on my mind
Mar 01, 2012Think back to your elementary school days; remember that distinct sound of echoing hallways, that alluring smell of the cafeteria/gymnasium during lunch when pizza was on the menu… and the bonus of chocolate milk. Well, these are the types of flashbacks I’ve been getting these past few weeks as I have been visiting schools all over the Peninsula and the South Bay.
In East Palo Alto, we... read the whole note.
Getting rolling at the new job
Mar 01, 2012As the newest member of the SVBC team, my first few days were spent getting to know the office, finding my way around Santa Clara, and learning how to use a PC. Now that I’ve got that out of the way, I’ve been getting down to business on the Safe Routes to School curriculum.
It’s been exciting to look around at the other counties and states doing different Safe Routes programs, and see... read the whole note.

Feb 16, 2012I'm happy to announce that SVBC is expanding again.
