Milpitas Bicycle Friendly Community application needs public review

The City of Milpitas has applied with the League of American Bicyclists to be an official Bicycle Friendly Community. The award is meant to mark a significant achievement while recognizing the challenges communities face in implementing comprehensive bicycle accommodations.
