The proposed Park Blvd Bicycle Boulevard, including Stanford Ave and California Ave connections, will create low stress on-street bikeways with travel time and safety improvements. Proposed improvements include traffic calming, striping, stop sign removal, repaving, and improvements to arterial crossings.
