Please attend the first Community Open House to help shape the future of US Highway 101/State Route 84 (Woodside Road) Interchange improvements. The project goals include improving highway operations, reducing associated congestion on Redwood City streets, removing barriers for bicyclists and pedestrians, and minimizing impacts on nearby businesses.
Presentations on the half hour (6:30pm, 7pm, and 7:30pm) with interactive stations available throughout the evening.
The Open House will be open to all, with an interactive format to entertain comments about usage of the junction, problem areas, and improvement concepts. Join staff from the City of Redwood City, the California Department of Transportation and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority to learn about the project and give your feedback on existing conditions and issues, as well as your suggestions for improvements. Community members are encouraged to drop in at a time convenient to them. The presentation will cover the same content each time.
Extensive community outreach is an integral part of the process. A Community Outreach Schedule will be provided at the Open House.
