The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City will hold a public hearing to discuss the Stanford in Redwood City Project.
This project is proposed as a 35-acre development as part of a larger campus that is bounded by Highway 101, Douglas Avenue, Bay Road, and Second Avenue. The project would involve the demolition of eight existing buildings for replacement by thirteen buildings, parking structures and surface parking. There is also a proposed central greenway and a 2.4 acre publicly accessible open space, as well as extensions of current streets to improve bike and pedestrian circulation.
The hearing will consider:
- the Final Environmental Impact Report
- Zoning Text Amendment
- Zoning Map Amendment
- Precise Plan
- Development Agreement
