Fine a shortest bicycle route

I'm a foreign student. I would like to find the shortest bicyle routes from my place (Garlough Dr, San jose CA95123 to 3000 Mission College blvd, Santa Clara CA95054) Please help me

If you can handle the traffic,
W Coleman
R Meridian (take the lane or wait for traffic to pass)
L Kooser or Branham
R Camden
(pass through busy HW 17/Winchester interchanges)
C San Tomas Expressway
L Monroe
R San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail
L Mission College (perhaps R after passing under and making a U-turn back to Missiion).
