Fremont (via Dumbarton) to Mt. View/Sunnyvale

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get from Fremont via the Dumbarton Bridge to N. Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale. I figure I'd go down to Willow and cross over 101 but wasn't really sure of the best bike route from Penninsula side. Can someone please advise on what streets (bike paths would be preferable) would be best?

I'd try this route,

Across Dumbarton on bike path
S University (assuming you don't mind riding thru E. Palo Alto)
E Bay Road
S Pulgas Ave.
SE on Bayshore rd.
After Crossing Embarcadero get on bike path (north side of Bayshore) and ride this all the way past and around Shoreline park.
Get off bike path at Middlefield and head east
L Logue
R Maude til you hit Matilda. A little confusing but lots of bike path w/ no cars.
