BART to SJ EIS release, public hearings

The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the BART extension from Warm Springs to San Jose is now available, online at
http://www.vta.org/bart/draft_eis.html.
Several pubic hearings will be held. Information is available at

and below:
Each of the three hearings will begin with a 6 pm open house to view
exhibits and talk with project staff, followed by presentations and public comments
starting at 7 pm.
