Research question on fatal collision

Hi;

Several years ago, when I lived in San Jose, I remember a fatal collision that was caused when a teen driver ran into a group of cyclists while adjusting her radio. I would like to find information (hopefully news sources) about this incident...Can somebody provide me with any details about the incident?
