Bicycle friendly housing??

Hi, anyone know of a list of bicycle friendly housing developments in the south bay, such as Plant 51 or an apartment complex that has private bicycle-appropriate storage? It takes FOREVER to call every listing to find out if they have accessible private storage. Thanks!
