How to register on new bike discussion list?

I saw a remark in the last SVBC bulletin saying about the defunct svbcbikes.org email list:
"If you would like your email address added back onto the list, or if you want to join for the first time, send an email saying so to bikes@bikesiliconvalley.org. This discussion list is an email forum for bike advocates and is not monitored by SVBC staff. It is a casual environment in which to share news, make suggestions, and ask questions of your fellow bike advocates."
I tried sending an email, but got the response that I was not subscribed to the list and therefor my "join" email was not accepted.
How to register for the list?

Hi folks,

I'm so sorry for the confusion. The bikes at bikesiliconvalley dot org email should work for a request to subscribe, but you can also email me at corinne at bikesiliconvalley dot org and I will personaly add you.

Best,
Corinne

The list no longer seems to be documented anywhere. There are a number of people on the CABOforum list that don't know how to rejoin bikes list as well.

Thanks to a member of the CABO list it looks like it is as easy as going to http://bikesiliconvalley.org/discussion and pressing the join button. Strangely, there do not seem to be any directions or pointers to this URL from the main SVBC site. The new list seems to be google groups based.
