Stolen Valor Act

I read in an article that the United States Supreme Court, on Monday, declared that they would be hearing a problem to the Stolen Valor Act. The free speech protections of the First Amendment may be dishonored by the Stolen Valor Act. If this is the case, then the law, meant to defend military honors, might actually be unconstitutional.
