Renting Near Bike Routes

Disclaimer - This post is from the owner of a townhouse near the end of San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek Trail in Santa Clara who would like to rent to person(s) who use the trail to bike to work.

How can employees of business connected to a bike trail be made aware of rental and sale opportunities that would permit enjoyable riding to work? It seems important to me to facilitate this type of connection. (I write this as someone who tries to minimize his use of a care, and believes it is small, but important contribution.)
