Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help. I was biking to work through Menlo Park months ago and was involved in an accident that cost me two broken fingers, two surgeries and many months of physical therapy. I am trying to follow up with the other party but my claim was denied.
Are there any recommendations for lawyers that handle this type of case? I am looking for advice and help on potential next steps.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Maybe you have had some replies already, and have gotten something started. But if not, we recommend Gary Brustin. His email is gary@bicyclelawyer.com. Hi Lynn,
Just wondering if you used Gary and how things went? A good friend of mine just got hit while riding by a 17-year-old unlicensed driver. The car has insurance, but not enough to cover her ~$400k in medical expenses... Many thanks in advance for the recommendations.
