Fundraiser for injured cyclist: Monday, 7/25

Fundraiser on Monday, July 25th, 5pm at Campo di Bocce, Los Gatos

This fundraiser is to support the family of Bahram Saghari, a Los Gatos resident, Santa Clara University lecturer, and avid cyclist who was in a major accident on Los Gatos Boulevard in late May. Bahram sustained major injuries, including a fractured skull, and is recovering in the hospital. A link to a story about his accident is below.

On Monday, July 25th, a fundraiser will be held to help Bahram's family with his mounting medical expenses. Each $75 ticket includes dinner, bocce, and the chance to participate in a great auction that includes almost $10k worth of donated items (e.g., a Raleigh bike, Garmin GPS device, cases of wine, golf outings, and a hockey stick personally signed by Owen Nolan).
