Board Welcome Dinner

This evening we welcomed the new SVBC Board of Directors members with a dinner and short meeting. I'm delighted to have Dave Fork, Scott Lane, and Phil Brotherton join the SVBC board. It was wonderful to hear their motivations for serving SVBC and our mission to promote cycling.

The SVBC Board of Directors works hard to shepherd the organization through our growth and to define goals for the staff to implement on a yearly basis. They serve as volunteers and I'm so grateful for their contributions and insight. It was nice to have a social dinner for everyone to get to know one another before we embark on the more serious business of guiding SVBC's work throughout the year.
