The Palo Alto Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan is now available at http://www.cityofpaloalto.org/bike You may enter comments on a form on that page, or submit them directly to the Transportation Department. Comments on the form will be accepted until early September.
The Draft Report will be brought to the Planning and Transportation Commission for Recommendation of Approval on Wednesday September 14th, 2011. A Final Report will be brought to City Council for formal adoption, tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 19th, 2011.
