Join SVBC for Park(ing) Day 2012

Our friends at Greenbelt Alliance are once again coordinating a Park(ing) Day event in downtown San José. Come join us and several of our community partners this Friday, September 21, as we reclaim public space!

We'll be set up at 25 West San Fernando Street, if front of Mezcal Restaurant. Park your bike with us and stick around to let us know what you think about all the new bike infrastructure in San José, and what you'd like to see in the future. Then, take a tour of all the temporary parks set up on San Fernando.

For those of you unfortunate enough to have missed last year's Park(ing) Day, here's a video recap of how SVBC spent the afternoon:

The event runs all day, but most of the San José temporary parks will be set up in the afternoon. SVBC plans to be set up from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Here's a map of all the participants' locations:
