The Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance is launching a new campaign that
aims to reduce single-occupant vehicles and rewards those who take public transit and/or bicycle to work.
Commuters who pledge to ride BART, Caltrain or SamTrans, or bicycle to work, at
least eight times from April 1 to June 1, 2012 will be entered to win great prizes that include a $250 transit incentive and a folding bicycle (valued over $500). To be eligible, applicants must register by May 14th and complete the post-campaign survey by June 15th. Participants who qualify will receive a $40 transit incentive to use on BART, SamTrans or Caltrain, or a $40 gift certificate to a local bicycle shop.
