Members on membership

We had a great start to the first monthly Membership Advisory Committee meeting this past week. Everyone came with great ideas and suggestions for how to grow and engage our membership base. Discussion revolved around outreach and member events. We decided our first task at hand is to reintroduce outreach training to get more members actively involved with SVBC and trained on how to spread our message. There are a lot of events that take place in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties throughout the year, from Earth Day Fairs, Art & Wine Festival,s and century rides, that the group felt we should be actively participating in. I look forward to bringing these ideas and more to fruition and hope you can join us on the second Tuesday of the month.
