Anna's bike
February 16, 2012 - 11:32am -- colin

I'm happy to announce that SVBC is expanding again. As a result of our Safe Routes to School work in Santa Clara and East Palo Alto, we were in need of an assistant to help Ernesto get the programs rolling successfully. The applicant review process was tough, but we finally whittled down the group of very qualified candidates and hired Anna Kingsmith.

Anna comes from a background in education, and she is excited to join SVBC where she can combine the two things she loves best: riding bikes and teaching! Ever since she moved to California, she has been working to create a community of bicyclists in her neighborhood, and now she's excited to do that as a full-time job. She also rides a super-cool pink and yellow fixed gear, so keep an eye out for her when you're riding in the Silicon Valley.
